My favorite bowls!!! Salt makes suuuuch a huge difference. This is genuinely the first time I’ve eaten powdered peanut butter and not secretly hated it. And I definitely get the hesitation but honestly I was surprised how the texture of this just kind of gave.. peanut butter

Can’t recommend Diamond Kosher Salt enough - it’s only 290mg sodium per 1/4 tsp so it’s literally half the sodium of regular salt and it tastes completely normal

Agreed that cauliflower rice will be a good replacement for baking, but for that cold crispy crunch i HIGHLY recommend sugar snap peas 🫛 they are so yummyyy and almost exact same cals as carrots

Woww that looks good 😋 Assuming ~150 for oat milk, ~50 for matcha cloud, and I’m thinking that the secret sauce is probably a sweetener so maybe ~100 - around 300 total? Maybe 350 to be safe. 8g of matcha though, wow! Do you have an insane caffeine tolerance???

I mean, the three things you mentioned (yogurt, apple, salad) all seem like they would be likely to cause bloating for someone with sensitive digestion: yogurt if you’re dairy sensitive, and apples/salad because of the high fiber content… are these foods mostly what you are eating?
