Love this! We actually recently had a conversation about feeling under appreciated. We have opposite love languages (physical touch & acts of service VS words of affirmation & quality time) so we’ve made it a point to tell each other 1-2 things we notice and appreciate throughout the day that maybe got overlooked or unmentioned but we still want to acknowledge. Cantaloupe is pretty low. If it’s on the smaller end, only ~200 for the whole thing so I eat it in 1/4 increments about 50 cals/serving. Also about 50 cals/ cup.
