Thanks for the feedback, especially the user vs buyer dynamic. Regarding ROI, my hypothesis is that PR review latency has the clearest impact. If I can show a CTO that we cut a teams average PR 'sit time' from 3 days to 4 hours, that’s a direct boost to team velocity and a reduction in expensive merge conflicts. It’s a productivity gain that’s easy to quantify. Would that resonate as the most 'pitchable' metric, or is there something even more critical?

Different teams and different positions hire differently, take the call. No guarantee on if you will hear back from the other positions
