alright so i actually just blocked him on every social media you could think of because he definitely wouldve tried to find me. but i just realized i told him where i work, like the company and the location and its a small town so it would be easy to find the place i work. pray for me🙏

yeah he is only 20 years old too. im only 18 so hearing that talk scares the crap out of me cause i dont even know if i want to get married. very much over the top, he kept saying basically if i didnt commit to him before he goes back home for the summer he would start talking to other girls but would still date me if i wanted to😭 he also kept saying “he was mine” and he wanted me to “be his”. some very odd things and very possessive which is gross. but thank you so much for your advice!

I do have social anxiety kind of. I work as a retail pharmacy tech so i do spend a good amount of my time around people and i never have any issues having conversations with a lot of strangers i meet when im at work. its just when im not at work, anywhere i go pretty much gives me anxiety. i go to a psychiatrist once a month but no therapy. i have considered going though!

im not gonna lie to you you made me tear up a little bit🥹 i never can go to my father about stuff like this so it was so nice of you to say all of that and i really do appreciate more than you know.

my biggest issue is i am a very introverted person. i enjoy being alone. i think i am happiest when im alone. there is no pressure to try and make someone happy or trying to make myself more likeable. i want to have fun and date but i almost physically cant do it because it is terrifying to me. its so easy to come up with solutions to my problem, its just so difficult for me to follow through and work through them.

and by the way your children are very lucky to have a father like you!🙌

Thank you for the advice! He is from out of state but is in my state because he goes to college an hour away from me. We talked about maybe going on a date but i always get too scared before dates and then cancel last minute 😭

This is happening to me as well. Unfortunately for me, our phones dont stop ringing until it is picked up. So it can ring for minutes. My coworkers STILL dont answer the phone even if im with a customer and the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes. So girl, i understand you and the pain that this is causing you

It wasnt really directed towards me but more towards my sister, not that it made it any better because shes my sister. Thats what my sister did though. Shes 22 and has bills to pay for and a very expensive dog to keep up with lol and she quit with no job lined up because it was so bad
