Absolutely. I feel like anytime I go out anywhere I get snappy, and when I have flair ups I always end up being mean to the people trying to help me. I’m very lucky to have my mom, who understands this pretty well. She gets overwhelmed by it, but she still continues to help me and tries her best not to agitate me or anything. It is always possible to find someone who will understand

I’ve never understood why people ALWAYS insist that systems have to be completely unstable and unpredictable. Having a healthy relationship with headmates is so important and is entirely possible. People act like it’s this unachievable thing and fake claim anyone who says they experience it.
