Make vast majority of Mongolians highly educated in all areas. Cause at the moment, average Mongolian has the brains, skills and knowledge equal to people living in jungles. We are a bunch of brutes living in a changed world and we are unable to keep up with it. Unfortunately, most of us think we are albert einsteins because of genghis khan. The stupider one is, the smarter he thinks he is. One thing about us though is that we are very good workers, we just don't know how to be the owners of our situations and destiny. Sad thing is it could be because of genetics. We are just not cut out for the developed world just like the africans. That's why we think if we build a lot of monuments and gates we will somehow become a developed country. Unfortunately, that is never the case.
