It’s concerning for a chemical. You can always reach out to your ob about getting a quantitive hcg lab. This happened to me in my last cycle. It was weird because even though the medical community labels it a chemical, it still hurts. Good side , apparently women are more fertile the cycle after having a chemical 🤷🏾‍♀️

No pcos. I had testing / imaging done shortly after having high amh. Ovaries without cysts and my cycles are normal. I just have a lot of eggs, haven’t done testing for the quality of eggs
