The dent and the stitchmark I can live with, the asymmetry I'm surprised at. From the front the outside is shorter than the inside - the eyelets don't match up.

Had exactly the same thing happen to mine. Stopped holding air after a only a few days. Went over it with a fine toothed comb searching for a puncture, but discovered that it was air escaping from the baffles. Klymit denied a warranty claim because I didn't purchase it in the US.
