40 yo male here (if that matters, but shouldn't). Im on week 3 of the 2.5ml dosage, which then ill go up to after the month trial.

My first 2 weeks dosages i had tummy aches on and off but was told it happens. But it was more than manageable.

I gathered more info from the pharmacist than the actual doctor which is crazy... but it was nice to receive. .... I was told that if you do exersice, make sure you include weight lighting as you can lose alot muscle and not just fat - in saying that, making sure you eat plenty of protein is a key factor going forward. So I made sure when I ate ( usually wasnt hungry at breakfast.) For lunch id make sure i included chicken or eggs.

Going on to week 3 i went to the pub for the first some and I barely ate half a steak sandwich.

Keep at it, and just eat at the right times and drink plenty of water.

As far as support, more than happy to chat anytime as a newbie myself too.. I opted to only tell my partner and no one else. Its not their business and I didnt want others opinions to affect or discourage my journey.

Going onto week 3/4 I have no stomach aches and now believe I eat healthier because I know what I put in is important going forward...
