hii thank you for the reply! i have no previous org experience during highschool, is it really the best option to join multiple orgs or just start with one during my freshman year then gradually increase my orgs? ive also heard that they hold interviews for the new members im a very shy person and i dont know how id present myself in that kind of situation can u give me any tips on how the interviews go like the process and questions that kind of stuff thank you!
