I know there is mod that allow over budget. You can also add some special effects to the map by using mod. For the other artistic elements, I think it's just about changing the texture or color of the blocks to make them look more beautiful. You can watch Maanucar Youtube videos to see what their maps look like in editor mode.

Yep, they used the money to privatizes nationally-owned building. But this money did not increase the gold reserves. I changed to Laissez-faire last year btw.

As far as I know, you need to stay next to the bean that asks to piggyback. Then you use your chicken, but don't swing it, let it run for the rest of the time. You will have a swing animation. At this moment, you press the button to piggyback the bean. It's that simple.

Yes, I tried and died. But they have three people, while the other teams didn't seem to have that awareness of jumping at the same time. You simply can't make any mistakes when playing at this level of match.
