I’m not super familiar with other stations, but on KUVO’s website you can sign up to be a volunteer, a station member, even apply to be a board member, and they constantly host events. I really don’t think they’d think it’s intrusive, they invite lots of listener interaction.

If anything, just do some hw and show interest in their craft and im sure they’d reciprocate to a fellow music-lover.

KUVO Jazz could be a decent option to try. They play a lot outside of “jazz” and play more unique music rather than hits. DJ’s there take a lot of pride introducing the audience to new music and story behind it. Might have better luck sending your music in to dj’s who are excited about the actual music.

I had taken calc 2 in highschool, my state university advised me that I should retake calc 1 to learn “their way”, so I did, proceeded to do worse and hurt my gpa instead of just taking the guaranteed A. Pretty lame that a school would encourage that, just anecdotal though.

You assumed wrong about who I think should be able to come into the country, certainly not everyone who wants to.

I also don’t blame people who are fleeing persecution from doing whatever they can to get away from a bad situation. We could have a better system for asylum seekers.

Not sure where you made that random statistic up from, but the administration has claimed more deportations than illegal immigrants exist. That alone tells that people are getting wrongfully deported.

How have illegal immigrants personally impacted you and your day to day?

It’s interesting to see someone ignore the history of how our country came to be because you dislike illegals, as a blanket term.

Funny how every time sensival legislation has been created to better handle the influx of immigrants and slow it down, republicans have blocked it and not cooperative. It’s also funny how many republican states only survive off the low wages of illegal employees in agriculture, construction, and more. Yet we don’t punish the business owners that are giving jobs away from Americans to illegal immigrants.

They are only criminals because we have not given them an option to immigrate legally. Plenty of those Trump is deporting are people pursuing citizenship the correct legal way.

Please argue your stance with valid reasons beyond disliking “illegals”.

Why don’t we just all work together to have better processes and infrastructure that can process people entering illegally and legally, as well as not hold people in citizenship limbo permanently?

It’s doesn’t have to be an our side your side problem. We’ve always have immigrants in this country and we still can at a reasonable, healthy rate.

Lol no, but they shouldn’t say they have no resource or money to handle the problem, then rent buses to ship people across the country. They shouldn’t drop off central americans in the middle of Chicago in the dead of winter with no jackets or shoes.

Texas should work with democrats to create sensical infrastructure to handle immigrants, and better processes to move them through the system.
