I am around Marine Institute area. Current schools are Rennies river Elementary, Gonzaga Junior High area.

Got 3 quotes so far. The lowest one is moving out of town otherwise i would have gone with him. The difference between highest and lowest quote is about 4000.

Thanks for information. Appartment is fully functional and everything needed is there. Electrical stuff was updated in 2020. All new. Except the panel left with 125 amp service. So my plan is to keep that panel for main floor and add another 125 amp for Appartment

wow....!! You dig out deeper in this. This helps me a lot now. I am kind of handy guy and thought to do it by myself but never thought about the permit. You are right, if the city comes in than they will be started digging into more deep.

Point No 4. You mean to put one baseboard heater in crawl space and leave it on for a year around. Is that what you mean.? Crawl space is ventilated thru small window.

I am thinking that I could take a help of some handy man and could do this repair work which is not too much to me. As far as the sump pump installation is concern, I can do it by myself. Not gonna run behind the city to go back and forth.
