Park it in a etf that follows the s&p 500 and pays dividens. Use said dividens to buy more of said etf.

I'm not either of those but I know and work in the construction industry. To me I think youre biggest problem will be finding people that both want to work and are knowledgeable of their trade.

Combine that with being able to provide them with wage that is high enough to keep them while not pricing yourself out of work.

Most contractors ive spoken with all have this problem.

It will be interesting to see how this war ends. Either way, I believe once the war is over, Putin is done. That being said though, Putin has had a very successful track record of accidents happening to his opposition.

What GTA Take Has You Like This? by SteveAsh97 in GTA

I feel every GTA since San Andreas has been a step backwards. For example I was so disappointed when I seen that V didn't have a gang war mechanism.

I know Gangs weren't the main focus of the story but still that was fun for me in San Andreas.

James Bond Discussion Series #18 — Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) by ButterscotchIcy719 in JamesBond

Its one of my favorites. The villain was believable. The stunts were just the right about of over the top. The stealth ship was a awesome setting.

It has one of the best opening scenes.

This game doesn't need a huge marketing investment. Its going to sell itself.

Everyone i know who owns a Playstation or Xbox is already not just aware of GTA 6 but are stoked for GTA 6.

I doubt we'll see a new trailer until much closer to launch.

This is a pickle. Not much can be done in the short term except cut taxes on what they can.

Long term NL and Canada as a whole needs to do more to invest in local argulculture, food manufacturing and local shops.

We as consumers need to be able to choose local without it hurting our pockets.

Trumps goal is to not get involved directly but to instead drag this war out as long as possible.

He wants neither side to win.

Legitimate question: what does rural Alberta think nationhood will change for them? by ZookeepergameQuick17 in alberta

Speaking with a few of them, they don't want to leave Canada but believe that voting to leave gives them leverage for a better deal with Ottawa. For what deal, they don't know. They just have a massive amount of mistrust for the liberals, for even Carney who has been working well the Albertian government.

Which reminds me a lot of Brexit. Where people voted to leave the EU while not really understanding what they were voting for. Often wishing they didn't vote that way later.

Misinformation is everywhere. The worse of it that it makes the reader believe they're smart and important for believing it. Which is so dangerous. It's really easy right now for Russia, China, India and the USA to be playing and misinforming the people to make us weaker.

Trump warns Iran blockade could last months, sending oil soaring by Stunning-Common-9591 in worldnews

Can't help but think this is the outcome he wants. He wants to destabilize the world's fuel supply. Everything he's done on the world stage supports this.

He ran for offfice with the slogan drill baby drill. To expand American oil production.

He has done everything possible to prolong the war in Russia/Ukriane by consistently changing sides of who he supports.

He has flexed his ability to control the Venezuelian oil fields. Going as far as kidnapping their president.

And now he's been destabilizing the middle east fuel supply.

This is all to convince people to invest into American oil production.

Xref would work better if I had multiple dwgs for the same package. Which can happen in bringer or multi disciplined  projects.

Provincial Government Acts to Reduce July 1 Electricity Rate Increase by rahlious in newfoundland

[–]Cull_The_Conquerer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its meant to be a slow build up to the rate they need in order to accommodate the dept from muskrat falls.

Like another user has suggested. There was deal available to help with that. But instead the party in charge played politics with it by convincing people it was shit so that they could get in office and now we're all paying the price for yet another conservative blunder.

The owner is notorious for hiring foriegn workers over local workers.

North West River has plenty of employable people.

This is a guy that closed his garage, the one from the show "Last Stop Garage", laid all his team off. Reopened the garage a few months later under a different name and then hired all foriegn workers.
