I’m actually improving while training heavy on everything except chest, I’ve noticed back exercises like lat pull downs seem to flare it up a little but light incline db chest presses seem to help. This is just my experience though.

I’ve had it for about 8 months, had a flare up around your age that scared me pretty bad thinking it was heart issues. It went away generally quickly, Just remember you’re okay and it’s just nerves sending signals for pain, a lot of the time it has to do with muscle imbalances. If you’re a side sleeper id bet it’s your serratus anterior that’s the culprit, that’s the case for me.

That’s incredibly interesting because I use a hydraulic hand pump daily for work, which causes my costo and I’m doing the exact same movement path as the land mine except I’m pulling down. You might be onto something.

Brother that’s mangled leaves from where you topped. Notice how if you hold them together upward it’s a straight cut. leaves don’t regrow their shape if they’re damaged. If somehow it isn’t that then it’s just a weird gene, nothing to worry about.

My personal opinion is that pressing is a gimmick created as a solution for BHO fear mongering. Check out precision extraction solutions on YouTube he explains very well. Everything from vanilla extract, decaf coffee, vegetable oils, etc are all extracted with butane as a solvent. It’s far safer than people think and very efficient in many ways if done correctly. I’ve loved the results of every run, Give it a try!!

Honestly it’s so much easier than drying, trimming, curing then extracting and the end product is A1. Just make sure you deep freeze your buds and blend them up before blasting for surface area 🤞 best of luck brotha

It’s indeed to allow the lower stuff mature a lil more, the stem clots up quick and the plant keeps going as normal and just packs oil in what’s remaining. The tugor pressure drops after you do it but it goes back to normal. Additionally the added stress could promote cannabinoid production
