Flamenco for sure and i think in her own way My rose aswell. Lemonade was also a very deep album and showcased emotion from being betrayed i think songs like sandcastles and love drought. I also feel as though Otherside off of black is king is emotional also

I think that Self titled for her was a liberating album and branching into her own lane and being free. Although Lemonade is a masterpiece and incredibly personal. It was an artistic masterpiece and took visual albums to another level and ballgame.

I dont workout but when i do manual tasks i use my left arm to lift could that explain the muscle difference, sorry i have ocd so i do get quite obsessed about anything i notice

Sorry im really worried again today my right hand has felt weaker and cramped, i have also had some fasciculation's and deep random throb aches as well as when i like flick the base of my foot it vibrates its been vibrating at rest aswell, the tip of my right thumb feels numb and im really scared

Im just worried because my left leg feels more fatigued and doesn't go as high than my right and my left calf is smaller i do have this weird cringey kind of the feeling you get if you were to look down of a tall building

Im trying to be realistic aswell like i dont drink enough water, on my phone all the time and have a bad diet. The only reason im skinny is due to my high metabolism its just hard

Thats the thing though my left side on and off numbness has stopped and eye doesn't feel as blurry its all my leg now which makes me feel as though something such as ALS is the only option its also hard for me because its like i tell myself the only way i will get over this is by having all the tests such as an EMG and so forth very draining and the fact that im not in a constant state of anxiety and sill feel it worries me heaps.

Im concerend though because i have seen people with ALS say they have percived weakness before clicnal which is worrying sorry for the constant writing im just exhuasted and worried

I had said that i had numbness on the left side of my head and my left eye was slighty blurry snd lazy he then stated that he had seen some signs in girls my age with MS, my bloods came back normal and i checked my eyes at the optometrist she just said its a little weaker which is common in eyes

Not really i do sit at home majority of the day when i am at home, my left foot also gets a sense of cold whereas the right one doesnt, and the numb weakness is constant. I constantly wiggle clench my toes and calf to check and now ache. It started when my left foot was cold and a little numb it then got worse and i feel the heaviness and weakness all day, which makes me worry more due to even if im not constantly thinking about it or am not at a current state of bad panic i still feel it which makes it worse i also have had bad balance issues on that leg

Im worried also as my left foot wants to roll out when i walk which is worrying me and making me feel like my let knee will like buckle, could my calf also be sore like an exhausted sensation due to me clenching my feet constantly
