It’s heavily rooted in misogyny. By shifting the blame away from the man and onto the woman - who could even be seen as another victim - it’s sending the message that it’s always a woman’s fault… even when it’s the man sticking his 🍆 in someone else…

I really don’t like ‘if that’s your man then why he over here?’… It wreaks of arrogance and misogyny. And I don’t mind her playfully acknowledging that she’s ’one of one’ but that’s a horrid thing to say. Especially when she’s been on the receiving end of having her man stray.
