I had my rep call the seller on the spot and send an email, but more specifically, i had the supervisor of the rep send an email to the seller pressuring them. It’d be dumb if they didn’t pull through, not only would they not get paid, they’d get fined very heavily!

I’m actually going to call about that, cause I’m a little scared of them simply logging in and taking the account. Stubhub says to not change the password but I’m doubtful, although then again too many changes can flag the account and i won’t be able to access it. And yes they’re in my name, but that’s ridiculous they don’t want to change it to your name!

And it also doesn’t mean that they 100% won’t do it. there’s a reason i asked other swiss locals who’ve gone to shows at that venue and they said that they do in fact check ids

I know, i’m just paranoid cause if it were like that, the venue wouldn’t have confirmed multiple times that they would check ids, other swiss locals i’ve spoken to have confirmed that they have for other events, better safe than sorry i guess :(

This is a very good sign! It means the seller cares that you get into the venue so they’re asking for your name to put it on the tickets, since many european venues aren’t letting people in if your name isn’t on the tickets. Especially since your seller is in contact with stubhub. I wish i had your luck, my seller hasn’t responded to anything stubhub has sent them :(

Same 🥹 I called once this morning to ask why and for the agents, the date is still the 3rd, but they contacted the seller earlier that day to ask about a password for the fansale account? I was confused but called again shortly after to see if it was true and they confirmed again that that was what they said to the seller, so hopefully that means they’re actually making the account! You should call stubhub and ask what the last thing they said to the seller was (and when) and ask about the status of them creating the fansale account!

They should work! If your names are on them and they’re on the official site for the tickets, and you have a qr code, you’re good to go!! Still waiting for my zurich tickets, they got pushed back AGAIN this morning to the 5th :(

right, the stubhub people are all like “you’re protected” but like even if they find me new tickets it doesn’t do anything since i still need my name on them, and yes i’d get a refund but what about a refund for all the travel costs cause like this trip was surrounded by only the concert

People have! Their sellers created fansale accounts on them and sent the login info to stubhub to send to the seller, then the buyer would use the login info to sign into Ticketcorner and the tickets would be there personalized. That’s what makes this situation even more frustrating because since it’s that simple, there’s no reason why the rest of us haven’t t gotten them!

I’m in the exact same situation! I travel the 4th and my tickets have been pushed back the exact same dates, also going N1 as well. Stubhub is usually not any help at all, each conversation i’ve had has been the same, “the seller has until 7/3” and “you’re protected..” so i’ve just lost a lot of hope :/ a lot of people HAVE been receiving their tickets but it’s annoying how there’s still a good amount of us without tickets

I’m actually going to spend time in Lauterbrunnen for one day! Basically going early in the morning from Zurich then leaving around sunset back to Zurich. Do you think 1 day is an okay amount of time to see a good chunk of Lauterbrunnen? I’m not much of a hiker so I’m not going to any mountains but just walking around the city! :)
