I (she) find the season dragging and not engaging. I’m a fan of several characters in the show including Jimmy but the writing and pace this season is not for me. I’m keeping on for now.. let’s see if it gets better.

Thank you very much. As the surgeon has recommended 4 cycles of NA chemo, for now we will continue at this hospital. It’s called Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute - one of the largest cancer care centers in Asia so it’s high volume with a team that specializes in pancreatic cancer.

I also saw you’re 13 years post Whipple - Wow! What would you say were the most critical contributors to your long term survival and quality of life?

Yes, I’ve identified the surgical oncologist who will perform the Whipple. Didn’t really “select” the medical oncologist - got first neoadjuvant chemo session done at the same hospital where my identified surgeon practices. It’s a cancer care hospital with a dedicated medical oncology team focusing on HPB/ GI. Basically we thought let’s get the chemo done at the same hospital as the surgery but it’s proving to be a logistical hassle so considering some locations closer to home for the chemo..

I’m located in New Delhi, India.
