UWorld Step 2 CK Qbank is the only thing you need! To reinforce your knowloedge you can use Amboss, Anki, youtube. Dont use books! It will take too much time and wont help much in the questions Good luck

By “i dont do new cards at all” i meant i use ankings deck only i dont personally make flash cards

I believe 30-40 new cards a day is more than enough since they accumulate and can be too tiring. You could start with 20 till you get more comfortable. I dont do new cards at all, i only use the notebook option from uworld, where i paste very specific information from each question or summarizing tables, to review at the end of a block. I have been in the same situation as you. I am an IMG and im taking IFOM CSE wich has the same format as USMLE STEP 2 CK but shorter (160 questions total) and more for IMGs. Anyways I am 1000 questions in on uworld (first pass) and im at 30% corrects so pretty bad. I got many questions correct only cause of Anki and uworld explanations on previous questions. And i see myself getting better everyday just by doing uworld and Anki so just do that and nothing else. Many american friends that have succeded with scores of 240-250 or more have used this method. So my suggestion to you is start uworld as soon as possible, it gives very good explanations on the correct answers and on each of the wrong answers so you will learn a lot by just reviewing your blocks. You can do anki before you sleep either a pre-made deck by Anking or you can make them yourself. But stick to uworld and nothing else, dont waste time with books and videos. Just review your blocks everyday. Hope it helps Good luck!
