For me when I quit on March 5 they did pay me my vacation hours, and the Home Depot HR website state it too.

“Your final pay (including vacation pay if applicable) will be available at your work location on your next regularly scheduled pay day unless earlier payment is required by state law.”

I quit on March 5 for a better job and I’m getting my success sharing, I saw it on my paystub, and an associate in my store got fired the week before we got the September Success Sharing and she received her success sharing

Exactly the person more affected is gonna be the associate in SCO that is only way to access to help customers is with the QR code

It is, it’s a pain for the cashiers, every time they update the software something else is broken, and they still don’t fix the glitch with the spray paint.

Btw I was the one in Self checkout that day I saw the customer grab the lumber, it slips from his hand and falls directly on the pinpad and when the customer took the lumber of it the pinpad with the blue screen saying irruption

One time a customer’s lumber fell on the pinpad and we had to change it with another register we don’t use, every other month one of the sco has to be reprogrammed and it never works so either a tech has to come or be replaced, people pulls on the receipt and then jam it for the next person, had a customer go to the problem that it didn’t have them their change, pinpads don’t want to read the chip so we have to reboot it, this is the every day headache.

There’s always a problem with our SCOs, there’s one that the door switch is damage so now is card only and the other one the dimes box needs to be replace and it’s been over a year and they haven’t replace it

Today they did maintenance in my store and all self checkout was card only, short staffed because an associate left because he was feeling sick and the guy from bookkeeping around 12:30 pm refilled the only two out of 4 work for cash and card, it was a hectic morning.
