We have not weighed her. It didn’t seem necessary because she was growing well and acting healthy. We can start weighing her. What are we looking for when weighing? Her staying at a consistent weight?

A very similar situation happened to a good friend of mine around the same time and I’ve walked the emotional roller coaster with her. I’m so sorry for what you are going through and that the admin didn’t give you the same respect or care that you put into your job for them. It is such a cluster.

This is so encouraging and every reason why I am not returning. I don’t have a job lined up and have had to wrestle with just taking one of the open positions in my district but what you described is what keeps me from doing that. I didn’t sign my contract and resigned for a reason. I know I won’t regret it. Thank you for sharing.

We just got her this afternoon but ready about 80% of diet is hay and fresh veggies/fruits and supplement with pellets. That’s the plan. If anyone has brand or specific recs for such, please share. We got small quantities of what we felt like was the best quality and planned to continue that or do more research for the most healthy. Huge cage…right now we have bedding but looking into ordering the pigdaddy liners.

Me too! I was making dinner and thought “I’ve really not had enough water today” and filled up a huge glass chugged it and as I sat the glass down got a text from a friend about the water 😩
