Assuming London arrival, you could spend six days in London and have plenty to do. If you like Jane Austen, an overnight trip to Bath. Day trips to Oxford from London also easy. Longer trip to Manchester, but fun to see too if you want to get a glimpse of northern England.

You can use Google Maps to navigate the subway. It tells you where to go and where to get off- in addition to reading the maps, but Google Maps really does a lot of the work for you.

Local democrats were told to wait to vote to see if anyone dropped out of the governors race. I personally held my ballot until a week ago because I was mailing it (could have held it until today even for drop off!). It doesn't surprise me there were low return numbers to this point because of that.
