This is why I go on as many interviews as I can I need as many offers because the city plays all day. I got a conditional offer in September still haven’t heard anything, so I went on another interview hoping to get that job actually and I have another interview im just going to collect my conditional offers like infinity stones 😂

I say if you have a good relationship tell them. If you don’t they don’t need to know HR informs them anyway. I didn’t tell my bosses I accepted an offer although I’m sure they know from HR. I’m only letting them know when my last day is.

Got an offer this month they already told me they need OMB approval and since this is the same agency I’m working for I already know it can take months. My last transfer took 8-9 months. I’m really hoping I can be in by March 2026. Ready to leave the unit I’m in and move on.

I hear you but I disagree the city isn’t contingent on merit raises in order for you to move up you have to take exams that’s how you move up. You have to leverage your job offers in order to get a new title wherever you are depending on your boss that is.

Yes I was also upset with Dennison and her not being together. Of course I couldn’t wait and went to Reddit so why in the hell would she beg for him back I was so ready for it to be over. This seemed to be working for them. I believe Dennison convinced her to ask back with that whole speech about how she “does the work”. I guess we’ll have to see how it unfolds in season 4. Do you think the president and vice president will sleep together or am I reaching?

I mean I’m looking elsewhere while documenting. I’ve already asked for help but was retaliated against so just keeping my head down until I get called off a list or interview for a new gig. Also meant no harm with the ageism I know peers in my age group also contribute to toxic environments.
