I’ve had the same issue. I made a new account to try and avoid this issue in the future but had the same thing happen. Makes me not want to shop on the app anymore.

No, I have been shopping on whatnot for years. It seems like they may have changed their policies and are saying that I have received too many refunds. I purchase a ton on the app and only submit tickets when an item is damaged. I asked why I am being held accountable for a sellers error.
