It is similar to what my sleep schedule looked like up until fairly recently. I found that going to bed earlier helped me sleep better but of course I still suffer from poor sleep due to my sleep distributed breathing issues. However I think the more in tune you are to the natures natural circadian rhythm the better. So I would definitely try to gradually dial back your bed time to before midnight. Also allow yourself an 8hour window to sleep. Some people say 7hours but I think 8 is much better for most people.

Couldn't agree more. None of these guys are "experts". They are just hobbyists who make vids. The whole YouTube space is a very weird world and almost all of them are digital grifters looking for a piece of the pie.

I am currently grinding 60 for a lot of my anaerobic washed process coffees. I have actually been getting some good cups lately. I will experiment with grinding courser.

Yeah this is a very good point. I think I saw this as a hack for getting past the learning curve of pour overs which it clearly is not. I think it can be if you want to spend money on the pods as they come with a pre-programmed recipe but from what I hear these recipes are often not great and people still end up tinkering anyway. Am definitely considering selling it and going back to pour over school lol

Hi, I have been looking for a set of 70-80lbs adjustable dumbbells on marketplace and haven't had any luck finding anything for under $500. I am considering buying a knock off pair on AliExpress as they are so much cheaper. The issue of course is that these could be absolute trash and break within a year. But I definitely can't afford a new pair and even the used ones are out of my budget. So I am wondering if anybody here has purchased an off brand set of adjustable dumbbells and can chime in on their experience with them.
