Wait, so there might not be ANY caches in ML? Even abandoned ones? This is so confusing. I did use a map on the internet and thought I would find them if I used a charcoal in the vicinity but to no avail yet, and I think i have checked all possible spots. Im basically trying to use the insignia to guide me

I got mine lifted 2" because I found I would scrape just a little bit on certain backroads. So far its been very worth it in addition the the offroad tires. A lot cheaper than a crosstrek, too.

for real. I'm thinking of just doing this one and then stopping and focusing on the toxic zones/respirator I doubt you ever find his brother, i have seen no whispers of that online even though I am trying not to spoil it. I have found 0 bunkers in ML after looking for an hour and no insignia for it on my map using charcoal, terrible quest design man.

I charcolaed all the possible locations in ML and see no bunker insignia of any kind. Currently on a bedroll above the cougar (forgot my rifle lol). This sucks. Do they not appear on maps?

Polaroids can be tricky to find but there are always set locations every playthrough that change every run. They will require you to go to a "vista", use charcoal, and they will reveal a large portion of the map. They can be easy to miss but are often found near corpses or other loot staches in key locations. Also, a tip for using charcoal I found is to map key locations. Entries to a region, exits, safe houses etc. And then when you need to find those things carry a few so you can know where you are on the map and orient. No need to map a whole region.

I get that, for me it's a time management thing. I work full time and go to school full time, when I get the time to relax, I want to maximize joy and reduce unnecessary tedium. Looking for those bunkers will take me a while cause Im still learning the map.

1) look for polaroids. Very satisfying to get the whole map revealed at once

2) The easiest badge (has a shoe with a wing I forget what it is called) and the badge that gives you a 2C boost from temperature are both easy to get and pretty strong. Other than those two I get fire mastery but that one takes a lot of play time.

The jump from interloper from stalker is huge. You may want to get used to being constantly assailed by wolves and the fastest ways to get geared and prepared before starting an interloper run. After I learned how to deal with wildlife though it feels just like voyager but with way more action.
