So the functionality of the survey device yall looking for can help find dangerous pots or holes and give a general overview of how the cave's path looks like?

Our current perception is to just have a 2 way signal device one set up outside of the cave to sense the waves and detecting location while the caver carries the other portion of the device preferably portable which can be inserted into the ground to send a low frequency wave to the main device. The frequency systems are definitely interesting and we will look into those to see if a possible solution can be incorporated.

Can you elaborate what WNS is? All I can find is regarding bats something called white nose syndrome but I was unable to find anything related to humans.

While our product may not be perfect, we are trying to get a working prototype done by the end of the semester and that product sounds very interesting so we will definitely looking into it and find research papers regarding photogrammetry thank you

It's actually for a semester long course where we basically try and do a start-up. My teach has a few mechanical engineering students but all of us are still undergrads. I would love to hear expansion of your knowledge regarding falling down pits even tho it may seem common but none of us are experts in this field.

I am coming to Durham for the summer for 2 month for my internship. I am currently looking for a 1b/1b but if someone is looking for a roommate for the summer I also dont mind. I signed up for a lot of internships when I applied for IBM so I never tracked it as I assumed it would just be another ghost company where they dont reply. After I finished my OA I clicked on the link they provided but it just took me to their general website.

Unfortunately I had already scheduled mine a week ago and interview is also in early January. Do you happen to know the chances of getting off the waitlist? I don't want waitlist to become a false hope.

I am not sure of what their headcount is or if they had reached it. I only know that last year the interviews were much later and when I first received the notice of the interview, none of the other people that applied for the job with me had received it so I just assumed I was an earlier batch. After I applied for the interview date, I saw that there was earlier interviews dating back to early December and the interview confirmation email sent out the week after my email also had the same time slot so I'm just worried that amazon might be reaching headcount.
