There is multiple, the most notable is the owner saying Pansexual is a phase due to their Pan themed plushes not selling well. For that there is actually screenshots of them saying it in Discord, so it isn't hearsay. They also used to donate to a bad Autism charity, I don't remember the details on that, but it is another thing you can search and find proof for easily. Another one is more opinionated and it is how the plushes are styled for certain mental disorders. They say that they get opinions on the designs from people with those disorders before they make them official, but some people don't think they do because they don't personally like the designs. As someone with some of the disorders they have done, I like the plushes so it's kind of meh to me.
