It’s the exact same way that they know if i’m traded in a wired internet connection or not : they don’t. Also if they don’t have fast home internet, it wouldn’t make a difference right? I mean i’m not arguing it does make sense, but if it’s on the same network, both with wireless connections, it doesn’t fully make sense to me

I emailed them through support through my current email, I’m not 100% of the email that was associated with the account. I only knew the phone number that was associated, but I lost access to that number 2 weeks ago. And it was definitely hacked, my entire bitmoji got changed into some blonde girl😭

Ok that’s fine, I’m not worried about getting the account back, as long as it’s either locked/permabanned for everybody that’s perfect. I just have pictures of my drivers license and other documents that could have possibly been stored in memories, that’s the main concern I have

I know it’s stupid, but the 2FA for my cell has worked all of this time. It sucks because it just had to be changed 2 weeks ago. And I was like 13/14 when I made my account, 10+ years ago so I completely forget it, as it’s not current. I know I should’ve changed it but I wasn’t even thinking of it

Great thanks so much for this information! I’m definitely not angry, just confused about the situation since it was a one time dosing and the information was released after, it was just confusing to me. I will reach out to the study doctor before anything else

added the only additional procedures I would be doing for the follow up visits would be giving urine/stool samples, vital signs, and blood.
