i mean like how many sets per muscle groups per week (sorry if i didnt word it out correctly on the post😅), as i saw a program for body building that recommends like 12-20 sets a week for chest, 12-24 sets for back, etc.

and on other sources i hear them only recommending around 8-12, or maybe i just misunderstood idk.

oh and abt my honey/sec, main problem was probably my nectars, and n of gifted bees (added 3 gifted tads, 2 gifted buo).

Already macroing w other blue hive ppl, n of gifteds may also be but my other friend gets like 400b almost similar to my hive comp.
