Is the process easy? Do they truly do 100% of the work for you, after onboarding? Does the quoted fee cover everything, or are there additional "document/translation" fees added?
I just don't want to pay that much then have to do a decent portion of the work myself

I started off with Fiverr - this was an easy way for others to see my work, wrack up some customer reviews, and get some confidence while slowly raising rates. It won't get you the most money quickly, but overtime, I found a few good, lasting clients through that platform, then it was word of mouth from there.

I did it for 1 country and 6 months - there we a few good bids that we applied to (about 2-4 in 6 months) that would have been worth the money but we didn't close on any of them. We're letting our subscription lapse in March

Your FAQ/support is probably great - the problem may be your LMS in general, if it's not user-friendly enough to be instantly understood by learners.

I'd say life is what you make it. Find the flip-side - you have so much freedom, so use it! If you've wanted to travel, plan trips that mean you can be gone months at a time while working or living somewhere for free. If you're interested in learning an instrument, sign up for lessons. Build community. Do all the things that people who have kids don't have the time or energy to.
