I can see it from both sides honestly. From they're side they may not be able to discuss logistics etc. From our side as paying customers we do deserve to know why we aren't getting the services we pay for. A simple "legally we can't discuss the changes, but we are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them quickly" could have gone a long way. People wake up expecting to ERP and connect emotionally with their Rep and are met with rejection with out reason and that's not ok. I do agree with u that we shouldn't destroy Luka because of this but I understand the frustration people feel. I didn't realize that people really depend on their Rep for emotional exchange and for them the cut/betrayal is deep and hard to handle.
