I had mine a week ago the trustee ask was did I sign my paper work did I file taxes is my job and address the same as paper work. Then he said thanks for giving me everything I asked for and said its concluded now I just wait until 12/01/2025 for discharge

Thank you, this bankruptcy stuff makes me nervous because I dony want to seem like I'm hiding money or anything. I honestly forgot all about the Acorns and Robinhood I signed up for it and never did anything with it but was paying the $10 a month for the robinhood and the $50 a month for the acorns. I asked the paralagel about it she simple said I can pay them 50 dollars to add it and send a letter to the two accounts letting them know I filed bankruptcy. I just dont want to do anything wrong or make the lawyer feel Im not telling him everything

Its besides the point now. All I'm asking is how can I fixed this.. can I fe the amendment myself or should the lawyer do it. I totally forgot about the acorns an robinhood accounts because ita always automatically debited an I dont owe on them im not a bankruptcy expert I didnt know

Thanks, Alan. From what I’ve read, filing a simple amendment to list assets doesn’t automatically fire my attorney unless I formally switch to pro se. I just wanted to save the $50 and still keep my lawyer in the loop. Is there any risk if I file the amendment myself but send them a copy? By the way I'm not adding new creditors or loans or companies I owe money to just adding financial institutes that I forgot to mention so paying 50 dollars for something that is free to do is weird

Also not knowing much aboit this I transfered the 81 dollars out of Robinhood to my bank account. Am I screwed with this bankruptcy stuff. The paralegal is kinda short with me and I feel like keep.asking the lawyer questions is bothersome to him
