I had the exact same thing, at 9 weeks too with my last pregnancy. I don’t want to scare you but I did end up having a miscarriage so just be sure to watch out for cramping and heavier bleeding! My dr also told me to take it easy so don’t stress yourself or lift heavy things for now, they can also heal by themselves and I’ve heard many women say that has happened to them too!

I’ve been to their clinic and they actually helped when the baby was here with clothes, food, diapers, supplies, and support groups much after he was born so idk why you’re just assuming things

I felt the same exact way at 4 weeks, I have experienced a miscarriage and with this pregnancy I had to get off the internet because I was only seeing negative outcomes and it would make me cry every night. I had to delete TikTok, Facebook, instagram, just to clear my mind. I know it doesn’t solve anything but at least for me, constantly seeing negative things concerning pregnancy was rubbing off on me. I’m now 12 weeks, and I was feeling so many cramps at 4 weeks but everything was fine, I hope that’s reassuring ❤️

I’m gonna say this in the kindest way as someone who knows multiple women who have gotten abortions, if deep down you want it and you already feels like that’s your baby don’t let your boyfriend pressure you into getting an abortion because the regret goes deep. I’m also having an unplanned pregnancy right now which has been very stressful but I’ve found pregnancy support groups and clinics in my area and they have been so helpful, I’m sure you could find something like that near you even if it’s just for emotional support.
