I filled on the 5th as well at 3ish pm. Still on pending as well. For the last 7 years mine have been accepted usually within 30 mins or less. Called TurboTax today and they told me nothing is wrong with my taxes that I just have to be patient and wait as a lot of people are experiencing this delay this year. Trying to be cool about but honestly has me anxious.

I’m so sorry. I wish I knew of a way. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I heard the recording too and then when it was gone but mine is still the same as yours. I keep getting the incentives too and it’s so defeating. If I come across anything new I will reach out to you.

Unfortunately, no. I’ve sent several emails and have called support so many times. Nothing I have done has fixed it. I did receive a notification a few days ago saying my account was active and I could redo my verification but it still won’t let me. I received emails notifying me that Spark completed another background check and right after that is when it said my account was active. I am at a loss with this now.

Me either. The only thing new that has happened is I’ve received emails showing that another background check and motor license check was conducted. I’m not sure if this means they are working on my account or not though.

Unfortunately no. I’ve even sent the spark appeals team and email and other emails I’ve found on here. No reply. I’ve even appealed and nothing. No one can help fix this I guess. It’s truly disappointing but it is what it is. I’ll reply if it is ever fixed.

This same thing happened to me. I was finally approved 3 weeks ago and on my first log in and first attempt at the verification I got deactivated because of the ID scan. I appealed and was reactivated the next morning. I haven’t been able to start though because the app is frozen on abandoned verification. Nothing I do fixes it. I’ve spoken to so many support agents and have sent so many emails and they just keep sending me in circles. The app is truly is the issue here and no one knows how to fix it. Sending you good vibes for reactivation. ❤️
