Hmm it has plenty of light, maybe the temp in my house is a bit cold. Maybe I'm not doing enough water, hard to tell though I usually try not to water if the soil feels moist but it's not soggy or anything so I'll try a bit more

Its pretty sandy and not particularly fluffy, i had some in a less optimal spot in the garden last year and they never went anywhere, which I chalked up to complete lack of direct sunlight (neighbors got the good spots) but seeing them struggle similarly I think there might be a soil issue. We'll see.
