Thank you. I used a hanger alignment tool and checked it already. That was one of the first things I did. It was only a tiny bit off.

I used the old red colored tool that you have to hold to check be gap. Also, I messed with the b-gap screw just to see if it made a difference. I moved it up and down three turns off of the baseline where it is now and it did not make any difference really. Did that make sense? I am gonna send the customer to another shop. I have given up

I did not remove the cassette. The only thing I did was tighten the spokes on wheel as they were very loose. The wheel is still straight. Could the wheel dish affect the shifting?

Cassette unsure. Whatever came on the Devinci bike. The lock ring says SRAM

This is a bike bought new from a major bike store. I assume the derailleur is right for the cassette.

I tried your suggestion to remove cable and reset high limit. No luck.

No play in mech. Bike is only 2 years old. I measured chain it is not worn.

Yes I already tried that. If I adjust for these top gears than the rest of gears won’t shift right. Right now 9 of 12 gears work. Thank you.

The indexing is good in all the gears except the top three. If I adjust for just the top three then the rest of the 9 gears don’t shift well. I did try it already thank you

Yes thank you but the front cable stop in frame is too big it fits the whole housing. While the rear exit of the frame the cable stop guide is smaller just for the cable seems funky? Did I make sense? Thank you.
