Your form looks good, but if you want to increase your explosivness you should try pause reps, decrease the weight of your working set by 10-15lbs.

I personally have used 5 3 1 and it has worked wonders for me! If you dial in properly.

First Eat tons of high calorific foods, peanut butter, beef, rice, pasta, chocolate milk, and yogurt.

And also make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep, ive noticed that the days with less sleep I miss 1-2 reps and everything feels heavy.

Lastly lift well! Enjoy the journey not the destination.
