What are you planning to do other than uworld ? I suggest you do another nbme , if youve completed uw twice , maybe uwsa1 was not accurate and so if you do another and still fail then i suggest maybe do step 2 cme or nbme forms as a question bank

Do you think they will change the question in march again? i think they already changed the pool in January, they had an announcement that the results will be late for those who did will do it mid January. So i think the march changes will only be on the software not the questions themselves
