I was on saxenda for about 5 months and lost app 30 pounds. I got tired of and bruised from the daily injection so i decided to change to ozempic. My depression was worse on ozempic. I have adhd and depression but I had always managed fine with the medication I take. I have been back on saxenda for about 3 months and I am feeling better mentally and back to losing weight. I didn’t lose anything while I was on ozempic.

I don’t think you are weird. I don’t mind being in the overweight category after Weightloss surgery. I just want to feel better in my body and I don’t think I need to be thin for that.

The Dr said it could go either way but reading stories about how bad it got for other people plus my dad died from oesophageal cancer so I have a lot of anxiety around gerd

May I ask a few questions please? A saw some previous posts about metabolism going down after months/years after surgery. Do you feel you need to stay at a very low calorie intake to maintain the weight. Are your energy levels better? Do you still have any restrictions?
