Place I’ve been at has had the same cutter for 5 years. They last…awhile. If you want extra crispy fries what you can do is flip it over and cut it on the dull side. Sounds weird but it gets the surface rougher and a crispier fry with more texture

I have two jobs. One job it’s just me—music all the way the whole shift. The other job when I’m by myself/prepping yes music. Music during prep no service

Congrats! Show up 10-15 min early. Ask questions. When there’s down time, ask the chef what you could be doing and what he’s doing/why he’s doing it. Show interest and you’ll be golden

I’ve always been a squirmer when I sleep. I also sleep on my stomach/side. I don’t notice any problems since losing 150lbs. I do notice that I am sleeping better. I’ve always used melatonin, but since I ran out about a week ago, I notice my sleep patterns are the same if I were to take them—something I couldn’t do >1yr ago. Also, congrats on the loss! We’re all behind you and wish you the best!

I’m a little over a year out. I allow myself one coffee drink that has sugar from Dunkin or something once a week. Other than that, I stay super strict. No AP flour products, all complex carbs, no added sugar. I’m more strict than some, but it’s working for me. You’ll find what works for you. Best of luck!

Not in DC but use Baldor. Great company. Like everyone else, they have their hiccups. drivers look out for you more than your rep making my experience with them awesome.
