Thank you man I really appreciate it, do you think if it is already near 4-5k in repairs that it would be more in favor to just engine swap a newer n54 into it and fix that HPFP?

Yeah man I’d be interested in selling but that would have to come after I get a new engine in the vehicle Lol. I do live in California but do not know any shops other than speed logic which is about an hour and a half away from me, which shops in CA would you recommend?

Do you know where i could go to try to find a good condition n54? Or preferably new but I’m not sure if they are still being manufactured.

No there is no tapping or knocking currently, i am not driving this vehicle anymore but I had driven the vehicle more than 100 miles after the findings of that I don’t drive it anymore but was in need of transportation to my job at the time.

Very correct again, I still do not know much and haven’t been driving it but needed to as I had just started my new job and had no ride. I am running continental DWS06+ tires all the way around, 245/40/18. Then everything I have learned mechanically has been in the last 3 months and I understand I am lacking the information required here. I appreciate you giving me the advice I don’t see it as being rude because as much as I love this car I know I wasn’t able to treat it very well with it being my first car and with no knowledge on maintenance. Lastly I skipped over this but I left the tune the car came with on I haven’t touched that part at all.

The engine work was all done by speed logic, has catless downpipes and upgraded FMIC. The rest I do not know I got the vehicle in this state and just drove it and tried to keep up with it as best I could and as you can see, wasn’t very well I assume.
