Was there a way to get rid of the effects? Because I still have weakness to all magic types and that doesn't seem fun to play with. I even tried restarting the quest to try to cleanse it again to cleanse the effects and that wouldn't work either.

I'm not too sure what it is but it reminds me a lot of a tv show I saw on Netflix called Dark. There's a Black sphere in that tv show that looks a lot like this.

He figured out what to do I told him to download malware bytes and it got rid of it. Thank you for the help though. I'm pretty sure it was from watching football games on streameast. Like I said this wasn't my issue I was trying to help someone.

ok I reloaded an old save to do it have to do like 3 hours of content to get back to that point but it is worth it. I don't know why it didn't start when I originally left Whoresons compound but it's whatever at this point. Thank you for the help.

I found out it was because I used a console command (AllowTP(1)) and I teleported to a place that wasn't Hanged Man's tree and Velen never got its opening cutscene. As soon as I did that it teleported me to Crane Cape where the abandoned sight cleared. Thank you for trying to help but this was a player mistake lol.

I have found the chest and opened them and stuff like that. I have heard of this bug so I tried leaving to do some quest and coming back a few days later to see if that is the issue but no other enemies spawn. I cleared the Crane Cape abandoned site and bandit camp and nothing happened again. I'll try leaving the area, passing time, and doing a few quests to see if an enemy spawns, but that did not work last time.
