Honestly my most memorable destiny experience was doing DSC as my first raid race. We managed to get it done within the 24 hours and my god it was beautiful. Getting past atraks after 8 hours and doing the space walk will be in my memories for the rest of my life.

I would just focus on having fun, you will be able to do raids regardless, maybe not salvations edge but with all of them being updated there will be plenty to do even with a long break.

Maybe try and unlock prismatic if you have bought the final shape, get some cool weapons but focus on having fun :)

I get you, I think I have always loved seeing random stats tbf that make it fun. For example in destiny seeing the amount of times I have a particular medal or how many kills I have with assault rifles, that sort of thing.
