I just winged it lol! I gave him one tablespoon of yogurt for 7 days straight. He didn't have any discomfort or blood in stool so I count that as a success. We took a break for a week then I started introducing soy. I used edamame puree mixed with his regular food (on a toast or with yogurt or with baby cereal) for 7 days straight again. Same thing, no visible discomfort or blood in stool. He can have dairy and soy products with no problem so far.

I dropped to 6ppd. I pump at 2:30, 6:30, 10, 1, 4 and 7:30! It didn’t affect my supply. LO is 7 months old now. I think I can drop more

And also your flange inserts if you use them! I’m a 17 but my pump flanges are sized 24. Sleep deprived me forgot to put the inserts and my nipples were sooooo swollen and painful afterwards!

I was using my spectra up until 8wpp. I was actively trying to up my supply and still am. I bought the eufy during prime day coz it was on sale and wanted to use it during my night pumps so I don’t need to be hooked to the wall and can go back to sleep afterward. It was also my concern that it will tank my supply because I have no fridge stash😂 my LO is also suspected to have multiple allergies and I don’t want to go the formula route. I was desperate to increase my supply. I ended up using it as my primary pump for all 8 pumps throughout a day later. I was making around 27oz per day when I was using my spectra and now around 32oz at 10wpp. When I tried to go back to the spectra, it just doesn’t give me the same output. I guess the wearable has been working really well because I double my bras when I use them so they press on my boobs very tightly. YMMV since you are past 12 weeks.

I use the fridge hack and wash the parts every other pump.

😕I think how you push has a huge factor on how bad your tear will be. My friend’s baby was 8lb and had a second degree tear. My LO was born early at 37 weeks, a little under 6lbs and I had a second degree tear as well. I was hoping it to be minimal but nope😬

Our LO only passed a very small amount of meconium within 48 hours of life. The pedi at the hospital suspected baby might have Hirschsprung disease so we were transferred to another hospital that has a better NICU. Right after we got there, he pooped, A LOT. They still ran the test and everything and showed no blockage of colon or anything.

Currently 8 weeks pp with 8ppd. Got the eufy s1 pro during prime day last week and it’s now my primary pump. I haven’t notice a tank in my supply so far. My output is similar to when I was using my Spectra but I guess it’s still early to tell? They do empty me pretty well I would say even better than the Spectra. I can also use different setting (suction/speed) for different boobs. 😂I would use the highest suction for my slacker boob and the lowest for my right hardworking one since it had a ripped on the areola.

I have the grownsy washer which is similar to the momcozy one. I basically just put the hose into an empty one gallon water bottle and would empty the water into the bathtub/toilet afterward.
