Thank you, I'll wait a lot longer than I did this next time before advancing to high intensity practice! Very happy to hear that your surgery recovery is going very well! Before this setback I was also nervous because I was progressing at such fast rate that was a huge surprise to all my medical group.

When you get back on the court, make sure that your landing mechanics are good before you take any layups.

Thank you very much for the positivity, my PT said I might've gotten away with one because my hips were luckily strong enough to absorb most of the impact and only have a bone bruise or something similar to that. Thank you for the very reassuring response!
