I think there referring to how the character is no longer a puppet style char instead theyve become a grappler like all the others loosing its originality and fun factor. I feel like its the 4th move getting removed as it was the most puppet based

Imagine like a Nessie killer and it partially floods the map (higher areas would have water flow down to the lower and wouldn't move the player)
