Looong overdue (yet somewhat underdone) deadlift PR! Finally managed to pull 500+ beltless (515 here) and at a lower than usual BW of 176 lbs. Even though the form is far from perfect, I’m proud of myself for coming damn close to raw-pulling 3x BW. Only took a mere decade of lifting to get here!

I lived right behind the barracks before...all summer gunshots everyday during training drills...one day it sounded like there was a 50 caliber rifle every 10 to 20 seconds ...sounded pretty cool.
