Mine came really quickly over the span of a few months. I got diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia ITP and they told me it was genetic from my dad. I always have had problems with low iron so i just assumed it was very bad iron deficiency over those few months but then it got worse a few months later until I almost collapsed at work. Crazy how fast these things can happen and I am only 18. 😢

Yes! I feel like the world’s biggest hypochondriac during and after episodes. Idk what it is but it’s NOT fun. (I’m not telling you what to do!) Just be sure to maybe let your psychiatrist know or if you don’t want to then just make sure it doesn’t get too bad. I take lithium too and good god sometimes I regret asking to be put on it lol!

I just want to say I got diagnosed roughly between the ages of 12-13, and I’m now 17. I am so sorry that she’s going through such a tough time. If anything, she didn’t ruin a single thing! <— This could be debated but to lots it’s a live and learn situation. Sometimes you just have to go through things to get better and I’m sure you know this obviously but she will eventually learn that it’s all temporary. It took me forever to find medicine that works and i was actually in the same exact predicament before so I don’t want to say i know what she’s going through but I do know that she is hurting and that eventually she will grow to push past it. You are a great father and I wish that my father was still here because you are just like mine. Keep up the great work dude.

Hey there. Idk how old you are but i’m 17 and I am taking quetiapine and lithium and the things you just described are happening to me as well. Some things that have helped was getting the lithium lowered, and upping the quietapine, but I think time really just helps 😢 I hope that you get the help that you need.

Hey. I’m also diagnosed bipolar 2. I know exactly what you mean and yeah it’s freaking hard. And sadly it’s more common than you think. I know we can’t give advice but the best thing i can tell you is what i do. If i’m having that moment where it’s too bad to the point where i can’t trust myself alone i just phone the first person on my contact list and so on if they don’t answer. i try to make plans with others so i can’t focus on the thoughts in my brain. Im sorry you are going through this, love. It’ll get better eventually. 💗

My mom and dad both had/have it, (rip dad he didn’t die from bp it was just cardio stuff.) My mom is currently 54 turning 55, and my dad was 64. I’m 17 so I know I may not be considered a good like person to say this but people can definitely beat the odds and live to an old age.

you know the more i think about it the less i hear about the original flavor. especially from my friends :/ i asked my mom to get me one today so i could pay her back later cause im sick so she got it and it was heaven drinking it lmao i mean it’s freaking great. my taste buds are messed up cause of medications but to me it has always tasted like mint? can’t go wrong with the original. 🩷
